We’re excited to work on your metal building. Our team uses top-quality materials and delivers professional installations. Before we proceed, please review these important items:
1. Mark underground utilities
Please have all underground utilities (water, gas, electric, etc.) marked to avoid delays or issues during installation.
2. $350 drawing fee and Permit & Plan Acknowledgement Form
A $350 drawing fee is required before we can send your Risk I/II drawings or other plans. You must also complete the Permit & Plan Acknowledgement Form, which confirms your understanding of permit responsibilities and the drawing fee. After we receive the payment and form, you will get the drawings within 3–5 business days.
If you provide official county documentation showing no permit is required (including the installation address), the drawing fee will be waived, but no plans will be issued.
3. Site photos
Text a photo of the installation site to 833-763-3353. We cannot schedule your install until we receive a photo—this helps us plan and prevents problems when our crews arrive.If you provide official county documentation showing no permit is required (including the installation address), the drawing fee will be waived, but no plans will be issued.
4. Deposits and payment schedule
Deposits required before scheduling depend on order size:
- $5,000–$9,999: 50% deposit before scheduling; balance due at completion.
- $10,000 & up: 60% before scheduling, 20% when the crew arrives, 20% at completion.
5. Lead times and scheduling
Lead times vary and are weather-dependent. We’ll do our best to work with your schedule and provide updates. Note that lead times start from when you notify us you’re ready for installation. Commercial units are scheduled after 60% of the first payment is received.
