Thank you for choosing Custom Built Structures for your metal building needs.
Before moving forward with your order, please review the following terms:
- Responsibility for Permits: It is the customer’s responsibility to secure all required permits for the project. Custom Built Structures, Inc. will not be responsible for any issues that arise from permits not being obtained.
- Site-Specific Drawings: If permits are not secured before construction begins, site-specific drawings may be required. In that case, the customer agrees to cover the cost of preparing these drawings. The price will depend on the complexity of the project and will be communicated before the drawings are ordered.
- Additional Costs: The customer acknowledges that any delays or extra costs resulting from missing or incorrect permits are their responsibility. Custom Built Structures, Inc. will not assume costs or handle complications caused by the absence of proper permits.
