How It Works

A 7K Lull lift is required during installation for the following types of units:

Units wider than 30’
Units taller than 14’
RV Covers (Double Leg, Double Base Rail)
Any structure with 14’x14’ garage doors
Risk Category II buildings
Any roof pitch steeper than 3/12 with a leg height of 9’ or more

I accept responsibility for rescheduling, regardless of the reason (weather, installation crew delays, or other unforeseen circumstances). I understand the lift must be on-site for as long as the crew needs it. Normally, I will be prepared to have the lift on-site for the entire week, unless the building requires the lift for a longer period. *

Custom Built Structures Inc, reserves the right to charge $1,000 or more per day, for loss of time due to lift not being available. *

Custom Built Structures, Inc. will not be held responsible for any cracking or damage to the concrete or installation surface. This request is fully understood by the purchaser named above, who agrees to hold Custom Built Structures, Inc. harmless and free from any legal claims or liabilities. *
